Geothermal Drilling
We specialize in residential and/or commercial drilling of geothermal bore holes and the exterior tie in of the system. We also provide consultation and advice on systems and design. Geothermal is a new alternative to heating and cooling that uses the earth’s stored heat and water thermal masses underground to heat and cool residential and commercial structures. The Environmental Protection Agency found geothermal systems have the lowest life cycle cost of any heating and cooling system today.
Water Well Drilling
We specialize in new construction or replacement of water wells. Wells extract water from aquifers. A pump and pipe are inserted in the well to extract water from the ground. Over 17 million households in the United States use individual wells. The proper construction is key to operating and maintaining a water well.
Land Development
We use multiple rigs to quickly complete development water well drilling projects.
Hydrofacuring
Have a low yielding well? Increase the water yield from your sites geologic formations, mainly only used on wells producing a low yield.
Pump Installation
Our certified pump installers can install constant pressure systems, large storage systems, submersible, and jet pumps. We provide replacement of non-working pumps and troubleshooting of malfunctioning pumps/wells.
Yield Testing
A yield test measures the gallons per minute your well is producing. This is required for new wells and recommended before the purchase of a property with an existing well. The Maryland State requirement is at least (1) one gallon per minute.
Well Abandonment
We can abandon and seal drilled or hand dug water wells.
Down the Well Camera Troubleshooting
Using modern technology we can lower our camera down your well and view your well on our portable TV to examine and troubleshoot any issues inside your well.
